3 Passengers - SIN to BOM. All 6 bags are delayed (not loaded on the flt from SIN to BOM) - it has been over 12 hours - still not recd the baggage
Total Compensation received is only Indian Rupees 5000 (total - not per person). Is this normal compensation? How can I ensure that I am not missing out on more?
