Ooops, I just booked a return to CPT and unbeknownst to me, at the identical moment my PA went and booked the same ticket - same flights, everything
So now I've got 2 identical tickets, bought and paid for. I am hoping EK might have a grace period within which one of the 2 tickets can be cancelled without penalty.
So far making poor progress with standard EK phone support . . .
Has anyone any tips / experience on such a situation and what to do next? or do I just have to cop for the £200 cancellation fee?
