Just wondered if anyone knew why some of the 747/777s parked on T5B have their strobe lights on? Pretty sure that we don't have forgetful flight crew but I haven't seen this practice at any of the other major airports. This seems to happen at all times during the day and therefore does not seem to be only a dawn/dusk operating practice. Strange??
