And agents can get confuserated about GBP vs. EUR. I had a ticket ex-LON with a GBP100 change fee. When I changed the return from SAN-ATL-YUL-CDG-LHR to SAN-LAX-CDG-LHR after O opened up, the agent charged me EUR100 instead of GBP100. I certainly didn't complain
