I've redeemed lots of RTW J and F flights - perhaps the OP can post his proposed itinerary here?

For the oneworld Multi-Carrier Awards, there don't seem to be any restrictions on routing apart from not being allowed to return to the originating city until the end of the trip. And the five stopovers, two transfers and two open-jaws rule applies.
