I have a very large collection of Cloth Laundry & Shoe Bags..... (FS, Rosewood, Peninsula, Hyatt, Fairmont). Never been charged for any of them.

Doesn't the Ritz put the slippers bedside at turndown? Therefore, "forcing" you to use them.
