Am writing this from the boarding room of IPC as I wait for my flight. I watched the inbound Papatee yesterday and it came straight in from the east. If you sit on the left hand side you will see more of the island. If you sat on the right you would see just Orango.

Coming from SCL the right hand side seems ideal as you come in the south side of the island to turn around for the approach from the west.
