As others have said, all three can be a mess. I would choose ORD as my personal preference, just because I like the airport. It's relatively easy to get around, and there are decent food and shopping options as stated above.
My username correctly suggests I'm biased, but I fully agree with this. No clear perfect choice among the 3, but I'd go with ORD. Another advantage is that if you end up having some time to kill during the connection or in case of IRROPS, ORD gives you lots of space to roam and things to do both airside and landside.
