Always substituting a complicated word that sounds fancy for something ridiculously mundane, listing every ingredient possible (I half expect them to say something like "with crushed Telicherry black peppercorn"), using cheapo generic fish and trying to make it sound expensive, etc. and doing other gimmicks on the menu that generally patronize passengers.
Tho I've generally found the CX menu to be quite straight forward...QF would be the masters of menu fluffery. Having said that, their food generally delivers to match.
