Assuming you are referring to the corporate platinum card (which would imply based on your mention of a $295 incremental calculation, companion ticket, etc.) - then the whole dilemma is averted:
You don't get the $200 reimbursed from Amex for that card.
As for the business platinum card - as one would assume you aren't the primary accountholder, the $200 isn't applicable either.
It is one credit per account, not per card issued.
