This is the RC Montreal for a 5 nights stay in August
Below the reply I got from RC Montreal reservation manager (found out of the charge the CC statement).

I always used the the laundry bag for my own dirty clothes and was never charged.
The slippers were in a sealed bag, are they going to re-use them for the next guest ?
When the reply said "Ritz-Carlton sales item" is that a a RC policy to charge for these items ?


Regarding the charge of 83.94$CAD, it
correspond to Ritz-Carlton sales item, Laundry Bag, Shoes Bag and
Slippers.
