Just for the record. I checked out this morning. Spoke to the GM and she understood and said she'll make sure there will be some retraining. She asked me to give them another chance next time I am in town.

I've moved to a new Fairfield Inn and Suites Mahwah just South on Route 17 and got an upgraded to a suite. Property is only 8 month old. Overall nice room, I found one phone disconnected but it was simple as plug in and it worked. Both TVs work and trashcans are empty.
