I have a few hundred thousand miles and like to travel to America using the cash and upgrade facility. Since the change to Avios though its been harder and harder to find flights.

But the real pain in the butt and im hoping someone can help me is the Explore and Check facility.

As an example.

You go into the facility, put in Business class from London to Bermuda for October and there appears to be loads of availability then when you try and book it, NOTHING. And NOTHING close either.

Tried it with loads of destinations and same thing.

Am i doing something wrong or is the new Avios really this bad ?
