Good to excellent service with the added AAdvantage that it seems trying to use a UK-billed credit card when speaking to a US-based AAgent no longer causes AA's systems to freak out

You can change the date of an award booking as many times as you like without charge as long as the start point and destination remain the same and all travel is completed within one year of initial ticketing so don't worry about needing authorisation to be able to do this
