On a recent YVR-HKG flight in F, I asked for the wok-fried chicken with black bean (J main course) to go with my noodle soup as a snack (as I don't like beef brisket). The chicken was served on the side in the crescent-shaped dish.
The dish was spot on. Delicious simple food, soft and moist and well seasoned. It went well with the noodle soup. I was impressed!
