If it failed in all cabins and at all seats the crew would do a manual safety demo.
If it only affected one or two seats the crew could give you a personal briefing at your seat.
A couple of weeks ago only the forward monitor didn't work so whilst the video played for everyone else, the CC member at the front did a manual demo to the video instructions!
