There is one lounge for international pax in T1 - the BA and bmi International Lounge. It's en route to Gate 5.
It's called
The Great British Lounge.
It's the nicest lounge in T1. The Star Alliance lounge has better food (similar to Galleries Club) but is a depressing place - back when bmi were in *A it was common to grab some food in the *A lounge and then move to the more pleasant surroundings of the bmi lounge. The GBL is quite interestingly decorated (look at the pictures in the bar area), it's not BA Galleries but it's nice in its own way.
