What's the "easy way" you have in mind? You cannot redeem for the multi-partner award, because you only have AA and BA on your proposed itinerary. You would need to have
two of BA's partners on the itinerary to qualify for the (higher-priced) multi-partner award.
Have you tried searching for TXL-DFW? If that comes up with the BA/AA flight combination you want, just book it as one award, and then book DFW-LAX separately as a second award. AA will protect you at DFW in the event of irregular operations, since you are arriving DFW on a oneworld carrier (in this case, AA itself).
