I just purchased it and am happy with it, though I'll admit that I haven't really put it through the paces yet.
I've been on a long search for what I call an "unstructured" backpack--no heavy padding that will make it look huge when there's little in it. (The Everlane backpack does have a laptop sleeve.) I'd also like zippers or drawstrings that are little more difficult to get to. The average U shaped zipper just seems to scream "steal from me."
