I was at the Courtyard FLL a couple times 1-2 years ago. First time was in April, which I guess was spring break time so the area was packed. Then again later in the summer and it was dead. Location is great, right across the street from the beach (it was the first time I was ever in FLL, but all of the hotels/restaurants/shops are across the street, although the street is fairly busy with cars). The outside bar area is pretty cool, and there are a bunch of restaurants nearby. I don't remember anything specific about the rooms so they were probably typical CY. IIRC the parking is a little pricy.
