My preference is National Emerald Club. My company requires me to now use Avis. I am Avis First. Avis has now rolled out a process that they will send you an email with your car. If you chose to exchange it, there is an exchange area similar to the Emerald Aisle. It doesn't seem to be complete as Emerald Aisle.
