1) POS-CCS was on Caribbean
2) When you walk to the immigration hall in CCS, there's a corridor to the right marked "international transfers." If you have your onward boarding pass, you get quizzed by a soldier, metal detector (which I'm not sure was on), and x-ray, and you're set. Couple in front of me spoke no spanish, and he refused to let them through until I explained to him what they were doing.
