Hiltons cancel policy in weather situations?

Does Hilton do any kind weather related cancel penalty waivers?

I have a reservation for the Roosevelt in NOLA thursday to Monday with a three day cancel policy, which means today is the last day I can cancel with no penalty.

With Hurricane Isaac coming, there is a possiblity my flight could get cancelled Thursday. I go to NOLA every year for labor day and when Katrina hit the hotel had no choice but to cancel my reservation since they didn't even have power. When Gustav hit in 07 I had no problems cancelling since there is some rule that says in a weather emergency a hotel has to give3 up rooms to locals first and they were also concerned about power beingo ut (and they did end up evacuating the city when I would have been there).

I went last year and Tropical storm lee had hit the area and the hotel reaely cut back on their services because employees weren't able to make it in (no daily housekeeping, breakfast hours were cut back, etc and no discount was given) so even if my flight makes it hard telling how good the hotel service will be.

Just wondering what I shoudl expect if my flight is cancelled? Will Hilton work with me and not charge me the first night seeing the circumstances? I have had flights cancel before due to IROPS but it was just for one night or I made it the next day for the remainder of my stay and was never charged. This will be my first time dealing with canceling a four night stays due to weather.
