Yea, I wonder how often they sell it, I know it's a pretty high roller place but I love cheese and can't even fathom a $1,000 plate of it.

That said, I love going to my farmers market and buying a cheese infused round bread they sell and then filling it with cheese and turning it into a giant grilled cheese sandwich(done in the oven). Throw some bacon in it and it's amazing, bacon+cheese=win.

I've only met one person that doesn't like cheese at all,and we're not friends anymore.
