Was a reference to the OP's title: "BS justification". As Hiddy has said anything remotely harmful (even washing up liquid) is covered by COSHH so it's very tightly regulated.
Fair point. I only re-read the OP's post but not the title before responding to your post. The reference to BS does seem somewhat unjustified.
