It's been less than 2 years that the D concourse lounge has been designated as a C lounge rather than *G. Prior to that there was no differences in accessibility between C, D and E lounges.
And I've also been in inside as a *G Y pax, but as the guest of a C pax.
I usually prefer the BKK SKL over TG ROP lounges.
