Ah. Regardless, the company that is issued the code by the rental agency never sees the bill for anything. The benefit is extended by the rental agency in exchange for either a high volume of business or a slightly higher base rate chosen by the company who contracts with the rental agency. The rental agency does not pass through any damage charges or liability exposure when a code that includes these benefits is used. It is absorbed by the rental company.
