I think itīs a fantastic movie but watching it as someone who frequents "grand hotels" does make it even more interesting.

Was there a Dr. Otternschlag in your last grand hotel? (Heīs the one who commented, wryly, "People come and go. Nothing ever happens." Of course, after he delivers that line, things really do start to happen.
