Set up your own 'cloud' server.
Use one of the dozens of commercially available 'cloud' web services.
Always comes down to $, are you will to pay $$$ for commercial hosting or $ for DIY hosting?
For the DIY route check out Plex Server and go from there.
Commercial route, ehhhh to $$$ IMHO
