Thank you for you helpful reply. It seems GIG is pretty straight forward and I should have no problems. I guess I shall leave at least about 3 hours at GIG between flights to make the connections. I have not bought my ticket yet and I am a bit unclear about that. What do you mean about both airlines are *A? I am concerned about checking my luggage straight through from Belem through GIG to Panama; it looks like this may be easier if I make all of my trip on one ticket even though there are different airlines involved rather than separate tickets for each airline.
