Canadian credit card question

This situation was briefly discussed a few months back but, i have some new details to discuss. Here is the situation...

I must give a deposit to 1 supplier by credit card (a few 100 000 a year) . When the product is sold on my side, they must "suppose" refund my deposit on the same credit card. I have however found that, it would be possible for me to use a different credit card on their system for the refund portion VS the deposit portion. This would be good as, i would be able to keep my points instead of loosing them.
Here are my questions...

A) in the eventuality that i could select a credit card with no annual fees and use this one for the refund, would it be possible for me to ask for a refund by check when my statement comes to be negative ?

B) would a prepaid amex or similar card would do the job ? Would it be possible with this type of card to claim back money by check or automatic bank machine ?

Any others suggestions ?
