Upgrades once in a blue moon. By that I mean a suite. Far more likely ex-US, especially if I ask for them. Stated differently--Marriott does not dole them out automatically.

Lounge access. Good to very good in FS properties. Free breakfasts are average most of the time--rarely hot options.

Free breakfast-see lounge access. The fact that this is not standard at resorts is why I give far more of my business to Hilton than Marriott.
