I am staying at the Crowne Plaza next weekend. I had emailed them about a month ago asking about Platinum benefits since they have many packages and wanted to book the most appropriate package. Below is their response to my question about benefits:

As a Platinum member at The Hamilton Crowe Plaza, you are given an upgrade upon availability, complimentary breakfast each morning, a complimentary appetizer in our 14K Lounge (Monday through Thursday night between 5pm-7pm) and a 2pm late check out. Upon arrival we offer a small welcome amenity of either an additional 2,000 points or a snack like pretzels and fruit, mixed nuts or cheese and crackers.

Our internet is unfortunately not complimentary. The cost is $12.95 per device for a 24 hour time period. We also charge $38 plus taxes for overnight parking.
