#1 yes - I moved most of my stays to FS just for that

#2 yes - pretty easy to get CL room or sometimes suites, esp. on one night stays. What is more important when I stay at the same property several times they are usually willing to pre-book me to the room I like.

#3 yes - same as second #1 above. I like breakfast. I moved from CY to FS because of it.

#4 yes - only used it once but it was a blessing because rest of my team had to stay pretty far out and drive close to 2 hours in the morning to the assignment when we had last minute travel.
