Please follow the discussion about the eraning structure of IC in the thread mentioned bys Nicolas75.
For the current situation, i.e. no change in the earning structure outside in "the rest of the world", there is nothing new to justify a second thread to this topic.
I will consider a merge with the above mentioned thread though.
