My IHG stays posted app. 7 days after my stay and it stays pending until 45 days later. Similar with Marriott - maybe it took longer to post, so don't expect any $ until 90 days after it posted.

I found out that it's very useful to add note at your tracking tickets at Mr. Rebates then you know which ticket is for what. You can easily find the ticket to file a claim if you know which ticket is for which reservation.
