This place is kinda cold for me. Not feeling welcomed here. Maybe because i'm local people (not tourist).

I've got to wait for my suite for 1.30 hrs (after 3.00pm). I truly understood, but the way they treated & told me is

"ok, come back again in next 1.30 hrs" they said
"......." me

Nothing offered as platinum welcome amenity. No informations of platinum benefits here. Nothing at all.

For me, this property is like a faked-robot factory, sheraton grande sukhumvit, st.regis or even sister property like plaza athenee all are far better. (this place doesnt even have a club lounge.)

I totally disappointed from the begining of stay.
