I try to avoid Logan as much as possible but PenAir is via BOS is seems to be the only flights into Presque Isle.
CO (I believe it was by ExpressJet) used to serve EWR-PQI but that was many years ago. Colgan used to have BOS-PQI but gave it up. Now PenAir is the only provider of service at PQI, which is provided under government assistance.

Logan is easy to connect at compared to changing terminals at some places (LAX, JFK, anyone?)
