the title of the post said FCO-ATL-CDG (not FCO-CDG-ATL, as the body would suggest), but to answer the OP's question another way, the only airline that flies nonstop between FCO and ATL is delta. lufthansa, though, flies direct FRA-ATL, and there is availability in Y on that flight on 12/15 (reports .bomb).
