I've previously been staying on other people's points (thanks to the coupon connection), but recently made a pre-paid stay at the Holiday Inn Express Oxford Kassam Stadium.

How long should I expect to wait for my points to post? I had ridiculous expectations of IHG's IT systems, based on the fact that Top Guest points post within minutes.

I haven't seen any points for my Monday stay, but have had a guest survey.
What gives?
