How are the rooms?
You can tell it is an older property, with fairly noisy air-con and old (but very clean) bathroom. However, the room has been very nicely refurbished

Good:
Very well located hotel; nicely refurbished
Nice upgrade
Free parking for Platinum members
Coupon for bicycle rental

Bad
Older property with some odd design flaws (most bizarre is having to walk through the parking garage to get to the pool)

Stayed on points so excellent value - Santa Monica hotels (inc HI) were very expensive at the weekend
