As far as the description above, it's from an internal provision list to give the item a code so it can be part of a recipe and other recognition, but doesn't help with who the vendor/Mfg of the product is, or what the package size is.
Shocking info otherwise, such as the directions to reheat the fish entrees for FORTY MINUTES Geez, no wonder the fish is always dry and colorless when it's served!! Then again, cooking or reheating with ovens that are consistently set at 275° F... the food is going to get dried out and more often than not, overcooked before it is heated through.
Yes, I looked through all of the food prep guides, and the entrees are supposed to get 20-25 mins in the oven EXCEPT fish. Fish entrees always get 40 mins in the oven. Maybe there are particular concerns about food safety with the fish entrees.
