This is a Sheraton after all. Same with Westin. Mostly middle class folks. You won't find many people wearing designer clothes & a Rolex. You'll need to go to RC or FS for that. Think double or triple the price though.

Don't worry. We won't be back. Underwhelmed doesn't begin to cover it.
We were able to get a suite on the 8th Floor, but the dirtiness and poor service were too much. Never again.
