Cool stuff, but it's proprietary info and will likely be secured soon; but I'm not telling anyone.
As far as the description above, it's from an internal provision list to give the item a code so it can be part of a recipe and other recognition, but doesn't help with who the vendor/Mfg of the product is, or what the package size is.
Shocking info otherwise, such as the directions to reheat the fish entrees for
FORTY MINUTES Geez, no wonder the fish is always dry and colorless when it's served!! Then again, cooking or reheating with ovens that are consistently set at 275° F... the food is going to get dried out and more often than not, overcooked before it is heated through.
