We've just been kind of uptight here lately, and this is giving some a little levity.
Anyway, I just looked at my profile, and there does not seem to be a place for a fax number there either.
So my *guess* is that they may have discontinued this option.
Also, when you did use the option a few weeks ago, was it for the same itinerary? or could there be any other significant differences (intl flight?) that may have a bearing on getting faxes as an option?

No, there was nothing different. In fact, I'm at the end of one big business trip that started with 2 segments on 8/14 (printed BPs at home), continued with 2 more on 8/20 (got BPs faxed to hotel), and is ending with one today (no fax option).
Alex (to the extent that she is of any help) claims it's still an option.
