I have just completed the customer survey (invite only) but thought you might be interested in the questions asked.

They mainly centre around the card perks - generally appeared to be asking if we'd trade the (rather poor, almost) travel insurance for a few extra points and 20% off the (assumed Amex) full featured travel insurance.

Anyone else get it?
