Unfortunately, I don't think there are any from west coast USA. You are stuck with choosing a US based airline and larger leather seats with some recline.

For a flight that is little over 5 hours, I wouldn't try to connect to other airports anyways. You won't miss lie flats for such a short flight and I would just pick the most direct route if I were you.
