I completely agree. The pricing and value of having a seamless Aman experience across Bhutan, with the same guide and driver, is of huge value. I also agree that Thimpu was, by far, my least favorite place in Bhutan, so much more commercial and populous than the rest of Bhutan. I stayed at all 5 Aman lodges in Bhutan, and while this lodge was as nice as the other 4, I would definitely skip Thimpu if you do not plan on hitting all 5 lodges. Definitely 2 nights at each, and maybe 3 in Bumthang given how far away it is.
