IKK for SE - The "Capacity Control" this year is out of hand. I have tried to book 2 seats for priority rewards @ least 6 times this year and thus far have not bee able to take advantage of this "Benefit" once.

Upgrades @ T-7 days for international flight. Each time I have to use this @ T-8 R is "0" out. I dont bother now. My last 4 international trips have all been Z fares on other airlines for not much more $.

I dislike "priority seats" being sold. I used to have in most cases when someone was upgraded I would have an open seat next to me. Now most of the folks in the "priority seats" have bought there way in and hence are not being upgraded and thus I no longer have that empty seat next to me.

The ability to claim rewards without $1000 + in charges..
