Recently after an aborted landing at Jersey due to fog, we returned back to Gatwick were the CC insisted on the whole landing speech including we hope you enjoyed your flight today........ Really, we went nowhere! Now how can I claim TP and Avios for a 1.5 hour flight to where I started.
